If you aren’t enrolled in Carter on the Go, what are you waiting for?

Once enrolled in Carter on the Go, our free consumer online and mobile banking, you will have immediate access to all of your debit cards associated with your checking account through the Debit Card Management service. This is a free service to all Carter on the Go customers that allows you to view, limit, and control transactions made from your Carter Bank debit cards and so much more.  

To use our Debit Card Management and all of its convenient features, you’ll first need to make sure you’re enrolled in Carter on the Go. Once enrolled, you can access Carter on the go using your desktop, tablet, or mobile device. Once signed in, click on “Cards” and view your debit card control options. With Debit Card Management you can enjoy the following features:

• Cards on/off – turn your card on/off with a single touch for in-store, online and ATM transactions
• Card Controls – limit transactions by location, merchant type, transaction type and spend limits
• Card Alerts* – set alerts to know when and where your card is used
• Recent Transactions – view a complete list of your card transactions and details,
• Integrated Maps – get information about transactions to pinpoint the location of in-person transactions including merchant details such as phone number, email, website and store hours
• Activate Card – activate a new card with a few simple clicks
• Add a Card – add additional cards to manage and view details
• Travel Plans – set travel plans to prevent your card from possibly being declined
• Digital Wallet Access – easily add your card to your digital wallet for payment convenience
• Spend Insights – view a breakdown of your spending by category, monthly trends, and location of use with easy to read graphs
• Card on File – see which participating merchants have been selected to store your debit card information, such as online merchants you use frequently
• Report Lost or Stolen– immediate access to report a lost or stolen card
• Set PIN – manage your PIN anytime right from your device
