If you aren’t enrolled in Carter on the Go, what are you waiting for?

Once enrolled in Carter on the Go, our free consumer online and mobile banking, you will have immediate access to all of your debit cards associated with your checking account through CardValet®. CardValet® is a free service to all Carter on the Go customers that allows you to view, limit, and control transactions made from your Carter Bank & Trust debit cards.  

To use CardValet® and all of its convenient features, you’ll first need to make sure you’re enrolled in Carter on the Go. Once enrolled, you can access Carter on the go using your desktop, table, or mobile device. Once signed in, click on “Cards” and view your debit card control options. There, you can: 

• Put controls in place for dollar amounts, merchant categories, transaction types and geographic locations.
• Block all international transactions when you’re not traveling outside the United States.
• Receive alerts whenever your card is used.*
• Turn on and off your card’s use in real time.
